One of Danbury's most well-known and well-loved bartenders. Larry was born in Danbury and is a career-long hospitality professional with a passion for food, craft cocktails, and bartending. Larry began honing his craft 32+ years ago working in bars and restaurants as well as owning Cousin Larry's Cafe in Danbury, CT for 10 years and now co-owning Dragonfly in Bethel, CT. His experience with diverse groups of people inspire his cocktails to tell a story.
Tim trained under visionary Executive Chef, Chef Anthony (Nino) Martino at the Waterview beginning in 2004 as a Sous Chef and became Executive Chef in 2017 creating a menu to rival New York City venues, and commits to the continuous pursuit of culinary excellence. Before joining The Waterview, Chef Tim polished his talents in a variety of Fairfield County restaurants and is passionate about bringing world-class cuisine to your pallet with a modern flair all while being deliciously authentic.
Created to be both upbeat and relaxing, Dragonfly sets a fun-loving tone with its laid-back, lighthearted atmosphere. At Dragonfly, one can come to indulge in the fruits of the sea or simply kick back over a beer or libation of choice while watching the sunset on our back patio.
